This distribution centre was acquired by Upfield in 2025. The 206,000 sq ft facility is located in Acheson, AB, and serves as Home Depot’s main distribution hub for the Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba markets. At acquisition, Home Depot is committed to a 20 year lease commencing in 2024. This acquisition also included the adjacent 7.5 acres of vacant industrial land which Upfield is pursuing a new tenant for.

The Burns Block located at 342 Water Street was acquired by Upfield in 2025. The 5-storey heritage brick-and-beam building boasts 23,000 square feet of office and retail space and is located in the Gastown neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC. Since acquiring the property, Upfield now occupies a portion of the office space.

The Austin Avenue property was acquired by Upfield in 2024. This 11,000 sq ft retail centre located in Coquitlam, B.C. Since acquiring the property, Upfield has renovated and re-leased the entire property. The site is a future high-rise development site

The Chemainus Industrial Park was acquired by Upfield in 2024. This 45 acre parcel of industrial land is located on Vancouver Island in Chemainus, BC. At acquisition, the site was occupied by 10 tenants, ranging in size from 1 to 30 acres. Since acquiring the property, Upfield improved the site and actively leased much of the vacant space, improving the NOI by over 100%.

The Bell block was acquired by Upfield in 2025. The mixed use 6,726 sq ft, 2-storey building is located on a premier retail strip in Oak Bay, BC and consists of ground floor retail tenants with residential units on the second floor. At acquisition, the retail portion was fully tenanted. Since acquiring the property, Upfield has significantly improved NOI.
