With over 20-years of experience in the real estate industry Peter has a deep understanding of how to identify opportunity and create value. As the Founder of Edgar Development and Co-Founder of Upfield Capital Management, he has built extensive relationships with numerous key stakeholders, including with leaders at all levels of government.

Rob is a co-founder of Upfield Capital Management. He began his real estate career in 2004, and quickly became the top investment sales broker in the Vancouver Avison Young office. Rob is responsible for creating the acquisition and asset management strategy and execution for all of Upfield Capital Management initiatives. He is actively involved in local charities including Backpack Buddies, Covenant House, and Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.

At Upfield, Jimmy’s tenure across public markets and real estate, overseeing financial strategy, capital structuring, and long-term fiscal discipline.

Rob’s deep experience across development, planning, and construction brings rigor and precision to lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution for Upfield. He holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology.

Matt brings institutional experience across development, asset management, and lending. His disciplined underwriting and informed investment decision-making is a perfect fit for Upfield’s investment ethos.

Dinara is a Staff Accountant overseeing financial reporting and accounting across multiple entities. After earning her bachelor’s in financial planning and moving from Toronto to Vancouver, she started in real estate as an Accounts Payable professional and has advanced into a full-cycle accounting role. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, reading, and exploring new places.

Vada is Upfield’s Office Manager and resident “go to” person. She ensures seamless operations through thoughtful coordination and exceptional administrative support that allows the team to do what they do best.
